The Quest Adventures program includes a 9-month, step-by-step process of guidance and support for school teams to organize, fundraise, and participate in both a local and national or international service project with a common overarching social justice theme. Following a national or international trip in April, students design and implement a culminating, sustainable service project in their respective schools where they will demonstrate and replicate the skills they learned in preparation for their trip. As a result, students develop more confidence and self-efficacy, based on new leadership skills and the successful completion of their goals.
