E. Anne Wachtmeister is the Co-Founder of Quest Adventures, Inc. Early in her professional career as an attorney representing young people in Boston, she realized her passion for working with underserved youth. Seeking a more proactive role in the lives of children, she transitioned into counseling and education. As the Director of the Peer Mediation Program at The English High School and then as the Student Services Coordinator at Boston International High School, she joined Claudia Bell in leading transformative service learning trips with their students to destinations both nationally and abroad. Currently, she is developing Discovery Grove, an experiential learning center and eco-retreat located on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Anne created Discovery Grove in 2006 to empower local and visiting youth to pursue their passions.
